Posting the Initial Job Ad

You can use our software to post your job description to multiple recruiting sites, such as Indeed, SimplyHired, LinkedIn, and more. If your business is involved with any trade organizations that offer job boards, we can post to those too.

Only you know the exact skills you are looking for in a new employee, so first you’ll need to provide us with a job description for posting. But don’t worry if you don’t have one we can help you create one.

 

Resume Screening to Identify Quality Candidates

Once we discuss your likes, dislikes, and the specific criteria you’re looking for we will do the heavy lifting by sorting through dozens (or hundreds) of applications for you.

At this stage, we typically send you an initial batch of resumes that made the cut to make sure we are on the right track. and let your assistant know what stood out to you about the applicants you’re most interested in. From there, we’ll sort through the remaining resumes and identifying potential candidates with feedback in mind.

 

Conducting Phone Screening

After we have identified the top candidates we will conduct phone interviews to identify the absolute best candidates. We represent your company and handle initial emails, scheduling and conducting phone interviews, and following up with the candidates.

 

Following Up and Providing Feedback About Candidates

After the phone screening is complete, we will provide notes regarding each candidate that made it to the short list of final candidates.

 

Coordinating In-Person Interviews

When you’re ready, we will then reach out the your final selections from the shortlist we have provided to schedule in person interviews in your office. We can manage the scheduling, set expectations for the interview, and answer any questions candidates might have. So getting our help really cuts down on the time you have to spend looking for new employees.
