AdvaPay Systems has a part-time Human Resources Assistant position available (16-24 hours per week) in Hoover, Alabama. If you are interested in gaining hands-on experience in Human Resources by doing actual HR related work you are invited to join our paid internship program.
Position Responsibilities
- Assist in the day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Track hourly time and time off accruals
- Enter employee information
- Scanning and organizing files
- Provide additional clerical support to the department

Account Executive
AdvaPay Systems is looking to fill a part-time Account Executive position. Candidates should be upbeat, positive and enthusiastic with a professional demeanor and excellent phone skills. If you are the type of person that can talk to anyone then this could be a great position for you!
Position Responsibilities
- Presenting our services to small business owners and final decision makers.
- Scheduling appointments and visiting potential and current referral sources to ask for referrals to small business owners.
- Prospecting for new clients and new referral sources by telephone, networking events, direct mail, seminars and current client visits
- Completing new client paperwork
- Maintaining sales activity logs
